Manage and share contact information across your organization
Netwell Contacts is an application for managing contact information in the Lotus Notes/Domino environment.
With Netwell Contacts you can versatilely categorize and classify contact information of all company contacts, such as customers, sub contractors, suppliers, and partners.
Distribution lists
Information of organizations and people can be indexed under different categories, e.g. keyword, location, industry etc. Using the application it is easy to form distribution lists and email the members of those lists. Using a fax gateway (e.g. Extrafax) the distribution lists can also be used for fax distribution.
Customizable environment
The application can be configured to suit your needs. The headings on both Company- and Person forms can be changed from the settings, and you can define 1-8 additional information fields, which can be used to categorize contacts as needed.
Label printing
The addresses stored in Netwell Contacts can easily be printed as labels using IntelliPRINT.
Netwell Oy (Ltd.) represents and resells IntelliPRINT software in Finland.
Additional information
Netwell Contacts is currently available in Finnish only. If an english language version is required it can be delivered in 3 months.
