Netwell CRM is an application that allows you to manage customer information and keep track of events, sales prospects, projects and contracts pertaining to customers. You can save memos of meetings, phone calls and other important events as well as email to and from a customer to a centralized locations where they are available for those who need the information.
Automatic reminders
Netwell CRM reminds the people responsible of a customer relationship of open tasks. It integrates into the Lotus Notes environment, including personal Email, Calendar and To do list.
Tailored for your company
Netwell CRM is customizable for different purposes. Access rights to documents can be set based on roles (e.g. Management, sales managers, sales personnel). The functionalities and terminology used by the application can for the most part be defined in the application's settings. The contact- and project information used by the application can be synchronized from background systems (for example SQL databases).
Netwell CRM requires a Lotus Domino server, and is used from a Lotus Notes workstation. This makes the data accessible independent of time or place, without a continuous network connection.
