Powerful scheduling tool for your workgroup
Netwell Group Calendar is a calendaring tool designed for the IBM Lotus Notes and Domino environment to extend the calendaring properties to better support collaboration in teams and workgroups. The product gives the assistants and secretaries of these groups a centralized view to the events in the group members' calendars, enabling them to manage the group's schedules and tasks from one view.
The Group calendar makes it possible to combine the Notes calendars of selected users into one calendar view. The application works on the Domino server which updates the group calendar view according to the schedule set in the applications settings. The server can hold as many group calendars as necessary, and a user's calendar entries can be displayed in several separate group calendars. The user can define for each calendar entry whether they want it to be visible in the group calendar or not. The group calendar looks just like the user's personal calendar, so it can be taken into use without any training required for the end users.
In addition to the Lotus Notes client, the Group Calendar can also be accessed using a web browser, so you have access to timely information of the schedules of your team anywhere, as long as you have an Internet connection.

Easy to install
Just copy one nsf-file to your Domino server's data-directory and open the database with an id that has the right to run scheduled agents on your server. Enter a database title, agent server, define how many days you want to keep old entries in the group calendar and select the people and groups whose calendars you wish to display in the group calendar. Now the group calendar will update itself as adjusted. You can change the settings any time..
